IT Systems Manager
Juris is the main problem-solver of our company. He provides all day-to-day IT support necessary to ensure that we can deliver accounting services to our clients. His daily work routine includes, but is not limited to, building web platforms, integrating various technology solutions used by the company, and developing software for our new projects.
On the rare occasion when he is not working, he is most likely to be found solving puzzles, breaking codes, playing urban games, going out with friends, dancing tango with his wife, or riding motorbikes.
What’s the coolest thing about being an IT specialist?
Chance to meet new challenges and find new solutions on a regular basis. Never a dull day.
If you wouldn’t be an IT specialist who would you be?
I would definitely try to become an actuary, the only profession that can compete with accounting in terms of excitement ?
What is the most exciting moment of your life?
It would have to be my first motorbike ride.
If you had to choose only one dish you’d have to eat till the end of your life, what dish would it be?
Chilled beet soup, for sure.
What is your biggest guilty pleasure?
I’m shamelessly guiltless about any of my pleasures.
