He holds a professional background in finance and economics, having graduated from Anadolu University, Turkey.

With experience as both an Administrative Manager and a Cost Control Specialist, he has developed strong expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, and expense management.

Outside of work, Adil enjoys travelling and embracing new experiences — from surfing and snowboarding to maintaining balance and focus through regular yoga practice.
